Have you tried massage therapy? You can help frozen shoulder, to try to get rid of this connective tissue that has accumulated on his shoulder. The pain doctor can help you to start helping the scheduled pain medications, the pain under control. But I am surprised that they did not recommend surgery to relieve frozen shoulder.
